SUMMARY:Making Nature-based Solutions work: Enabling conditions from practice
DESCRIPTION:This online event brings together regional and local authorities\, policymakers\, practitioners\, and stakeholders to explore what enables the successful implementation of Nature-based Solutions (NBS) across Europe.  \n\n\n\nThrough practical examples and peer exchange\, participants will explore how financing\, co-creation and governance approaches can support the uptake and scaling of NbS.   \n\n\n\nWhat to expect:   \n\n\n\n\nA brief welcome and introduction to key NbS challenges and opportunities  \n\n\n\nFacilitated breakout sessions on three themes:\n\nFinancing  \n\n\n\nCo-creation and multi-actor engagement    \n\n\n\nGovernance\, institutional capacity\, cross-sectoral collaboration        \n\n\n\n\n\nShort inspiring examples in each breakout\, followed by peer-to-peer exchanges on challenges\, strategies and lessons learned.  \n\n\n\n\nBy fostering interactive dialogue and mutual learning\, the session will strengthen participants’ understanding of practical\, transferable approaches to enhance NbS implementation and build resilience across European regions.
