El poder de la transdisciplinariedad al servicio de la innovación

February 17 @ 13:00 h 13.45 h

Transdisciplinary approaches that bridge research domains play a key role in enhancing the impact of research outcomes.

For example, Social Sciences, and Humanities (SSH) fields are sometimes overlooked in innovation and technology transfer while their contribution is increasingly recognised. Insights on human behaviour, culture, and social change can shape ideas into innovations that are more inclusive, sustainable, and impactful.

Researchers engaged in co-creation for innovation-led impact use new methods and practices effective for valorisation. They can connect research results from Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) fields with people’s lives and values, promote multistakeholder engagement, and develop innovative solutions that respond to societal needs.
