DESCRIPTION:Join this session from our partners Unearthodox for an interactive systems lab exploring how we can create the conditions for a just and regenerative transition.\n\n\n\nThe green skills gap is not only a workforce challenge. It is also a systems gap. \n\n\n\nWhile significant efforts are underway to build the skills needed for a sustainable and green transition\, it is equally important to ask what conditions\, structures\, and systems must change to enable the capabilities required for a just and regenerative transition to emerge and thrive over the long term. \n\n\n\nThis workshop session is for funders\, policymakers\, innovators\, incubation and ecosystem leaders\, systems thinkers\, and transition practitioners who are interested in shaping the conditions that enable future capabilities to take root and thrive. Through a futures-focused and participatory process\, we will explore the system conditions needed to cultivate the capabilities required for a just and regenerative transition\, and identify practical pathways for action and collaboration. \n\n\n\nThis session is part of the Green Skills Festival\, a London Climate Action Week-affiliated initiative. Read more about the Festival below. \n\n\n\n\n\nAbout the Green Skills Festival\n\n\n\nAs part of London Climate Action Week 2026\, Climate KIC and Kite Insights\, with The Collaborative for Systemic Climate Action and invited partners\, are convening the Green Skills Festival.
