It is our great pleasure to invite you to the sixth Climathon event in Valjevo, Serbia, which will take place on October 24, 2025 . The event is organized by iRevolucija in cooperation with our Climate-KIC partner from the Netherlands.
Climathon is a global initiative—specifically a hackathon/ideathon—aimed at solving environmental protection challenges related to a specific city. The goal of Climathon is to present and support innovative solutions to today’s climate challenges and translate them into actionable local projects through the participation of all sectors in an open dialogue.
Climathon Valjevo is part of this global movement that takes place simultaneously in more than 60 countries and 150 cities worldwide, and this year, iRevolucija is hosting it for the sixth consecutive time! This year’s theme focuses on presenting the Digital Cadastre of Individual Heating Devices as a primary instrument for reducing air pollution at the local government level. The event will bring together representatives of local governments, the media, and civil society organizations from across Serbia.
Take part in this event, which will serve as an open dialogue platform with local decision-makers and civil society organizations, with media presence.
Join us as we collectively seek solutions to environmental pollution, with a particular focus on improving air quality in the cities of Valjevo, Kraljevo, and Novi Pazar. The final version of the agenda will be shared with you once the complete program of the sixth Climathon Valjevo is finalized.
This year, the event will be supported by UNDP through the Green Agenda for Serbia program.
