Deep Dive: Unlocking green public-private partnerships. A case by case exploration
November 26 @ 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm
To reach the EU’s 2030 climate targets, the EIB estimates we must allocate roughly 8% of our GDP. Unfortunately, we are only at 5% GDP. We know that neither public nor private sector alone can solve the climate crisis, they must work together.
Climate KIC is situated in the sweet spot between public and private stakeholders as we are orchestrating and implementing system change in both sectors. We have insights into how to bridge the sectors, what challenges there exist and how solutions can be broadcasted loud and clear. However, we also know how immensely important it is to keep advancing public-private partnerships especially as we need to scale and pace the green system transformation.
On Wednesday 26 November, Climate KIC Community will host its third and final online Deep Dive of the year.
We will be exploring green public-private partnerships through a handful of different cases and discuss how we can advance them. The online Deep Dive will follow the in-person CoLab on the same topic that we hosted in Warsaw in October.
