This group's purpose is to serve as a central global hub for resources, insights, and collaborative opportunities, enriching its members with masterclasses, personalized mentoring, and community-building activities. Committed to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), the community ensures all activities foster an inclusive environment. Additionally, the global community includes specialized sub-communities in regions such as Latin America and Africa, tailored to meet the unique local needs and challenges, further empowering the global network of ESOs.
