This report highlights three key insights from our journey so far on how innovation ecosystems can help create an inclusive circular economy in Bengaluru and Nairobi. It illustrates how we foster change through an adaptive approach, drawing on local contexts to transform mindsets, relationships and practices, all of which are essential ingredients for sustainable change.
